Melanie Martinez Teases New EP

On September 6th, 2019, Melanie Martinez released an album called “K-12”. It was her second album, a follow-up to her previous album “Crybaby”. It was based off of a character named Crybaby and her experiences in school. She covered very controversial topics such as bulimia and opinions of Donald Trump. All of her songs have a general theme related to K-12, and she says she has the plot written out for 2 more movies similar to K-12. Earlier this week Melanie revealed that she is working on a 7-track EP that is “attached to K-12”. Fans have theorized that the EP will be called “After-School” and will also feature another artist on one of the tracks. She is also planning on releasing music videos for some/all of the songs this year. Are you excited yet? I know I sure am. She is currently the only artist that is not being cryptic and is actually using words *cough* MCR *cough*.

  1. I’m not the biggest fan of Melina Martinez but I do enjoy some of her music such as dollhouse or madhatter being in my favourites.
